Where is the “NO SHOW” for channel order?

1.      Click the room which has not been check-in from channel order →”Detail “→ click “no show”.

2.  “EPMS” → “Bookings” → “Unallocated” → “View” →“no show”.

Then the status will update to No Show. The status cannot be modified after NO SHOW. So please check with the guest and operate carefully.
