1.      Rate plan of complimentary room

Configuration → Room price → Rate plan

The system has preset the rate plan of complimentary room by default. The hotel does not need to create the rate plan separately for complimentary room.

1.      Matching Room and Rate

Configuration → Room price → Room&Rate → + New room & rate

You can matching this rate plan(complimentary room) for all type of room.

1.      Check-in with complimentary room

XPMS → Reception → New order

Choose “complimentary” in channel, the room price will defaults to“0”.

1.      Complimentary room data

Data statement → operation → Comp.& House Use

Comp. room does not accout to operation report, occupancy rate and Revpar. But it will be present in reception. EG. There are 10 rooms in hotel. If there is 1 comp. room and 9 occupied rooms, the occupancy rate will be 90%.
