In order to meet the needs of personalized marketing and promotion for Flore travel website. The Ebooking system offers three promotion tools: sell tonight, early booking discount and even live preferential discount. The hotel can choose the right promotion tool and customize the type and time of the activity by themselves. The competitiveness of Flore official website’s competitiveness can be enhanced through participating in those promotional activities.

2.    Function overview

2.1.            Precondition

Hotel needs open “CM” function in Switch system before using promotion tools.

2.2.            Promotion type

²  Sell tonight: it will show in current time when you are searching. Hotel can set time for 24hrs as well.

²  Early booking: reasonable regulation of the room state, guests need to book in advance to enjoy the discount

²  Even live preferential discount: offer discounts for guests staying longer, stimulating users to place orders

2.3.            Calculation formula

²  Promotion price = EPMS official website price × relevant level member discount（ x / -）relevant discount type.

(priority: member discount ＞ promotion discount ＞ first order  ¥50 coupons)

E.g. 【Discount】double room (with single bft), official website price: ¥200, guest will be get 90% discount if they stay in hotel more than 3 days. If gold card member make a reservation for 3 night and 2 rooms, guest has a ¥20 coupons (only can be used when guest spend more than ¥500).

The guest only needs to pay ¥1006 = 200 x 3 x 2 x 95% x 90% -20

E.g. 【Coupons】double room (with single breakfast), official website price: ¥200, guest will be get ¥20 coupon if they stay in hotel more than 3 days. If gold card member make a reservation for 3 night and 2 rooms, guest has a ¥20 coupons (only can be used when guest spend more than ¥500).

The guest only needs to pay ¥1000 = 200 x 3 x 2 x 95% -20 x 3 x 2 -20

²  Each promotion is individually quoted on the official website and will not stack on.

In the Ebooking system, promotion expenses will be deducted when company are settling accounts.

3.2.        Create promotion in Ebooking

Ebooking → promotion spread → Promotion list → + add a promotion

3.2.1.      Add a promotion - Sell tonight

There is a “sell toight” in this list by default (top and off by default). Hotel can modify the promotion rule in batch and check it in sell tonight part.

²  Choose the promotion room type

²  Set the promotion time and discount

²  No participation date ( not mandatory; hotel can add more period “+”)

²  Applicable time: Guest can only see price and reservation of “sell tonight” in this applicable time.

²  3 kinds of cancel policies available:

1)  [Cancellation policy same as hotel] promotion room is same as [Ebooking - information management - hotel policy – unsubscribe policy];

2) [non-refundable] once guest bought the promotion room, the order cannot cancel or modify any more.

After you complete above steps, “sell tonight” calendar can be check at left side.
