The bill will be shown by actual charge and payment to calculate balance,and night audit room charge will be shown  on bill also.It will not calculate all room charge once the booking was made as before.

Balance=Total Charge-Total Payment，if Balance>0,means guest owe this amount，we should ask guest pay it when guest check out；If Balance<0,means guest paid more then consumped,we should refund this amuont to guest when guest check out.

2. Self-charge and AR-Charge

When the booking is coming from OTAs or agreement company,and payment method is prepaid(normally there is three method:Prepaid,Pay at hotel,Guaranteed),that means the Channel will pay for this guest,maybe only for room charge,and some channels also pay addtional guest compsumed during staying at hotel.And Self-charge means guest should pay this amuont by himself.So by using AR or Self,we can quickly know how much Channels should pay and how much guest should pay.

But if this booking is pay at hotel or guaranteed,all charges should be paid by guest,cannot use AR-charge.

So please make sure you do the right payment method for this booking before guest check in!!!!
