Before delete the room type, you need to check:

1.      The room type has no direct connection with any channel. If there are direct connections, please cancel the connection first. Then you can contact with the product operation colleague to review.

2.      The room type should be keep “no using” state for all the time. And the room cannot be booking and using.

3.      The room does not match with any pricing rule. You can delete the room price in XPMS → Ebooking → Information management → Room price management → Delete

4.      The room type does not match with any rate plan except market price. You can delete the rate plan from: system configuration → room price → room&rate → delete.

5.      Once you’ve done above 4 things, the room type can be deleted.

XPMS → System configuration → Room setting → Room type → delete
