凌晨房（当日入离）功能介绍

Early morning room function instruction

为满足凌晨04:00-6:00办理入住，且为当日退房的订单，XPMS系统特为该场景升级功能啦~

In order to meet the check-in from 04:00 to 6:00 in the morning and the check-out order for the same day, the XPMS system has upgraded the function for this scene.

使用说明Instruction

1. 开启凌晨房功能：XPMS系统配置->功能设置->客单设置，开启“凌晨房功能"（预置店长权限才可以开启/关闭和配置此功能哦）

Open early morning function: XPMS configuration - Function - customer order settings, open "early morning room settings"(only preset hotel manager role can open/close this function)

2. 配置凌晨房（当日入离）订单收费标准，以及该类订单续住后当日入离加收费标准

Hotel needs to set up "billing rule setting" once opened this function.

3. 凌晨房功能开启后，凌晨04:00-6:00（当地时间）直接到店入住的客人，可在直接入住订单页面勾选【当日入离】标识，离店日期为当天退房时

After the early morning room function is turned on, guests who check in directly from 04: 00-6: 00 (local time) in the morning can tick "Same day C/O" in check-in page.

4. 退房流程：凌晨房（当日入离）订单退房收费标准按将照门店之前在系统配置中设置的标准进行结算。

"Early morning room" order check-out charges will be settled according to the standard set in the configuration part.
